Kontoma Darimu Association represents a cohesive community formed by diaspora Oromos residing in the United States, originating from the Gujii land in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. Our roots extend across the globe, embracing the descendants of this vibrant community scattered in various corners of the world.
As a testament to our commitment to organized and impactful service, Kontoma Darimu Association has undergone the legal process of registration, solidifying our status as a non-profit organization. On the noteworthy date of September 5, 2023, we officially became a recognized entity, dedicated to serving the interests, needs, and cultural heritage of our esteemed community.
